Untangle, a red hot leader in Security Network Management is seeking a high energy, experienced inside sales rep. Use your sales skills to close qualified inbound leads developed by our marketing activities. If you want to sell a killer SaaS solution that customers love and you want to make a difference driving our business to new heights, then read on. We’re looking for “hunters”, not “farmers” in the SMB marketplace.  This is a critical role  for someone who is highly independent, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities in order to achieve and exceed our sales plans. You should be knowledgeable of the firewall/filtering space and comfortable selling to all levels of an organization in a transactional business model. With the launch of our Company’s centralized management console, you have the tools to grow, land, and expand our existing install base by adding appliances that can be managed from a single cloud-based location! We've recently added a SDWAN solution to our wheelhouse.

You'll be excited to:

  • Close sales by engaging with key decision-makers and identifying their key pain points
  • Nurture leads from the the top of the funnel to close
  • Professionally execute product demo presentations
  • Manage pipeline and forecast achievement
  • Crisply articulate Untangle's business and product solution benefits 
  • Educate customers on technical requirements, pricing, training, and successful implementation of the product during and after the sales process
  • Follow up after sale to achieve referrals, grow business, and ensure customer satisfaction ratings
  • Relay customer feedback to company to assist in product planning
  • Stay on top of market trends, be aware of new technology and how it plays a role with Untangle.

Your wheelhouse must include:

  • Comprehensive experience using Salesforce.com
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • Proven 3-5 years sales track record experience in technology sales
  • Fruitful development skills toward lasting customer relationships 
  • History of achieving and exceeding sales quota
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Understand the landscape and current needs of IT buyers
  • Comfortable with demonstrating and presenting technology products
  • Comprehensive experience using Salesforce.com
  • Strong negotiation skills with deadline and detailed parameters
